In consultation with persons with disabilities we have developed an Accessibility Plan for our employees and workplaces.
TOR reviews its practices and procedures to identify, remove, and prevent barriers by developing inclusive employment procedures that support persons with disabilities. We encourage current employees with disabilities to have conversations with management regarding accommodations that can be made to create a more diverse and welcoming workplace culture.
